About My Practice
My journey with breathwork began during my yoga teacher training in India, where I learned various traditional breathing techniques. Over the years, I’ve continued to study and explore different methods, deepening my own practice and understanding of the breath as a powerful tool for healing and transformation. In each session, we tune into what is present for you and choose the breathwork technique that best supports your current state. I guide you gently and intuitively through the process, helping you release tension, restore flow, and reconnect to the wisdom of your body and the life force within.
