About My Practice
My meditation journey began during my yoga teacher training in India and has deepened over the years through teachings by Maitreya and inspiration from Osho. Meditation for me is a path of presence — a space to listen, feel, and return to stillness. In our sessions, we intuitively choose what suits your moment best: sitting together in silence or exploring a guided or active meditation. Whether still or dynamic, meditation opens a sacred space where deep healing, awareness, and transformation can unfold naturally. It’s not about doing, but about simply being — and allowing life to move through you.
