About My Practice

My journey with yoga began in Goa, India, where I completed my first teacher training in 2015. I was trained in traditional Hatha Yoga — a practice that taught me the art of balance, presence, and breath as the bridge between body and spirit. Later, I deepened my studies in an ashram in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, where I immersed myself in its spiritual roots and the meditative essence behind each movement. Today, my teaching flows intuitively between Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin. Each class is a living meditation — guided not by form, but by feeling. I tune into the energy of each person and moment, allowing the practice to unfold in a way that restores harmony, grounds awareness, and helps you fully arrive in your body. For me, yoga is not about perfection in posture, but about presence — the gentle remembrance that the body is sacred, and through it, we can return home to ourselves.
